If your jewelry shows no signs of excessive damage or misuse, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What is covered under the warranty?

- Loose or missing side stones (due to workmanship)
What is not covered?
- Damage caused by excessive force, accidents, or misuse
- Loss of center stones (such as diamonds or gemstones)
- General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or tarnishing
*Any repairs or modifications made by jewelers outside of Eternity Wedding Bands will void the warranty.
Is there a cost for repairs under warranty?
If your item qualifies under our warranty terms, there is no cost for repair or replacement. If the repair is outside of warranty coverage, we’ll provide a transparent quote before moving forward.
